The fox run pad is much cheaper than a Silpat of the same size, and it has been working great for me so far. Cookies come off with greater ease than even wax paper, and it's big enough to hold tons of cookies. Rulers along the edges are a nice touch as well. Easy to clean, easy to store. Highly recommend it for those who don't want to spend the money for a Silpat!

I love this product. I have been using it for everything I bake lately. It is easy to clean. Just wipe off with a damp cloth if it's lightly soiled. Hand wash with the dishes if it's heavily soiled.) It saves so much clean up time and nothing sticks to it. This is as good as the famous baking liners but at a fraction of the cost. One note: be sure to buy the proper size for the pan you're planning to use it with. You cannot cut this to fit. My pan has rounded corners but the mat is square. Not a problem at all, it just goes up a bit in the corner and that doesn't bother me a bit. If you are debating about it, don't. Just buy it. You'll be very happy with this product.

I bought one of these Nov. 28, 2011. It arrived promptly. We tried it for two kinds of cookies that called for different baking times and temperatures. If worked fine for both of us. At the $7.71 price I paid, it was a bargain and was clearly worth 5 stars. Today, Dec. 9, 2011, I went to order three more. The price has almost doubled. Many of the reviews were satisfied with the product but delighted by the previous price. Amazon has taught me that I can not count on Amazon to have a reasonable price. I now have to check elsewhere, which means I might find a lower price and equal service elsewhere. Bad move, Amazon!
