In one word, BlueAnt this earpiece is AWESOME! I love the clarity, weight, and the cost is fair. If I had to mention one con, it would be the charging time required. It takes about 2 hours or more to charge when completely dead. I talk on my phone all day with the line of business I'm in and 2 hours is a bit much. Although I've not taken the time to learn all of its cool features, I'm happy with the basics right now. Answering and ending my calls without having to hold a phone to my ear always keeps me happy. **Tip** Make sure you register this handset in the event you have problems, BlueAnt offers a great warranty.

I returned the Plantronics Voyager Pro+ due to its boom mic feeling loose. That was a mistake as it was really the only problem it had, but it always felt like it was sliding down my cheek.
The BlueAnt Q2 has been nothing but trouble for me. The first couple weeks are fine, but now I can barely get an hour of talk time out of the device even after charging for several hours. I frequently have to re-pair the device to my phone as well, so I cannot count on a quick connection when the phone rings. When it does work properly, sound is good but those on the other end of the call complain that they can definitely tell I am on a headset.

Headset as was titled, bluetooth Q2 blue ant and it works great and to the point. It work really well with no problems with the adjustment from right to left ear. I would tell someone else about this item.
